01Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Axeploit ("Axeploit," "we," "us"). By accessing axeploit.com, creating an account, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you use Axeploit on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and "you" includes that company. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

02The Service

Axeploit is a commercial vulnerability scanning platform. You subscribe to it so you can test websites, web applications, and APIs that you own or operate, then receive findings and reports. Personal, hobby, and business use are all allowed. Features, scan coverage, and limits depend on your plan and may change as we ship updates.

The Service is for security testing of your own systems. It is not a guarantee that a target is free of vulnerabilities, and it is not a substitute for your own security program, code review, or incident response.

03Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for credentials issued to your workspace, for everyone who uses the Service under your account, and for all activity that occurs there.

  • Keep passwords, API keys, and session tokens confidential.
  • Notify us promptly at support@axeploit.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Do not share a single login across unrelated organizations unless your plan allows it.
  • You must be able to enter a binding contract. Do not use the Service if you are under 18.

04Authorized scanning

You run Axeploit against your own websites. You may only submit domains, URLs, and APIs that you own, operate, or have written permission to test. That is the core condition of using the Service.

  • Point scans at sites and APIs you control, such as production, staging, or other environments in your organization.
  • If you test a site for a client, you must have that client's written authorization before you start the scan.
  • Do not scan third-party websites you do not own or have permission to test. Unauthorized scanning is prohibited and may be illegal.
  • If we reasonably believe a scan is unauthorized, we may pause or stop it and suspend the account.

Using Axeploit does not give you permission to test anyone else's systems. You are responsible for every target you submit.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any system.
  • Probe, scan, or exploit targets outside the scope you are authorized to test.
  • Interfere with the platform, bypass rate limits, or attempt to reverse engineer our models, scanners, or exploit logic except as allowed by law.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except under a written partner or enterprise agreement.
  • Upload malware, or use findings to harm people, customers, or the public.
  • Misrepresent scan results, remove Axeploit branding from reports where your plan requires it, or use the Service to compete with us by copying our methods.

06Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout (monthly or yearly) unless your order form says otherwise. Enterprise pricing, on-prem deployments, and custom SLAs are governed by the signed agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

  • Fees are due in the currency stated at purchase and exclude applicable taxes, which you are responsible for.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
  • Plan limits (runs, domains, APIs) apply per billing period. Unused volume does not roll over unless we say so in writing.
  • We may change prices with notice before the next renewal. Continued use after the new price takes effect is acceptance of the change.
  • Refunds are handled case by case. Chargebacks without first contacting support may result in account suspension.

07Scan data and reports

You retain ownership of the targets you submit and of the findings we generate for those targets ("Scan Data"). We need a limited license to process Scan Data so we can run scans, store reports, send alerts, and operate the Service.

We may use aggregated or de-identified data, including detection patterns that do not identify you or your customers, to improve scanning quality. We do not sell your Scan Data.

Reports, exports, and Slack or webhook payloads may contain sensitive security information. You are responsible for how you store, share, and act on that information.

08Intellectual property

Axeploit, the platform, our models, scanners, documentation, website, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service commercially during your subscription to scan websites and APIs you own, operate, or are authorized to test.

You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the platform, or remove proprietary notices. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.

09Confidentiality

Each party may receive non-public information from the other, including Scan Data, pricing, and product details. The receiving party will use that information only to perform under these Terms and will protect it with at least reasonable care.

Confidentiality does not apply to information that is public through no fault of the receiving party, independently developed, or rightfully received from a third party without a duty of confidentiality. We may disclose information if required by law, after giving notice where legally permitted.

10Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Security testing is inherently incomplete. Scanners miss issues, environments change, and a clean report is not a certification that a system is secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that scans will be uninterrupted, error-free, or detect every vulnerability.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axeploit and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or cost of substitute services, even if we were advised of the possibility.

Our total liability arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

12Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify Axeploit against claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from: (a) your use of the Service, including scans you initiate; (b) your lack of authorization to test a target; (c) your Scan Data or how you share reports; or (d) your breach of these Terms.

13Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, if a scan appears unauthorized, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may delete account data after a reasonable retention period, except where we must keep records for legal, security, or billing reasons. Sections that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability, and indemnity) remain in effect.

14Changes

We may update these Terms as the product and the law change. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by posting the updated Terms and, where appropriate, by email or in-product notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change.

If you continue to use the Service after the new Terms take effect, you accept them. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

15Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms still apply.

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Axeploit regarding the Service, unless you have a signed enterprise or partner agreement, which controls to the extent of any conflict.
